Strategic Operations AssociateEveryday Health Consumer is seeking a Strategic Operations Associate to join our Strategic Enablement and Performance Operations team. This unique team is responsible for managing Everyday Health's owned and operated site inventory, campaign set up, and strategic optimizations which drive the success of campaigns and the overall business. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who enjoys connecting the dots and is eager to contribute to a broad range of subject areas on a highly collaborative team. Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to garner actionable insights from data are a must!Key Responsibilities:Partner with internal stakeholders to manage and maintain campaign information as the central source of truth for internal trackingForecast available inventory and book campaigns to align with set up best practicesMonitor and track campaign delivery, escalating for optimizations as needed based on client KPIsLeverage reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Campaign Manager 360, DoubleVerify) for internal analysisTroubleshoot ad-hoc campaign or data-related issues, collaborating with internal team members to provide strategic solutionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree1-2+ years work experienceProficient in Microsoft Excel/Google SheetsComfortable working with data and numbersDemonstrated written and verbal communication skillsProactive – self-motivated, problem-solver, detail-oriented, and team player who has a willingness to learnAbility to prioritize daily tasks with minimal interventionLife at Everyday HealthAt Everyday Health Group, the Health & Wellness division of Ziff Davis, we work in a culture of collaboration and welcome those who desire to join our growing global community. Factors that may be used to determine your actual pay may include your specific job related knowledge, skills, experience and geographic location. The salary compensation for this role is $60,000 to $75,000. Individual pay within the compensation range for this business unit specific role is determined based on a variety of factors including experience, scope of the role, capabilities to perform the role, education and training, as well as business and company performance.Everyday Health Group has employees located in 40+ states as well as offices in NYC, Asheville, Boston, London, England and Mumbai, India.
