Day in the Life

At our Vernon, CA (90058) facility, you’ll be the go-to expert keeping production humming. Your day starts with a quick safety check and review of work orders. From there, you’ll move across the floor to install and service electrical systems, respond to breakdowns, and collaborate with teammates to keep equipment reliable and compliant.

Core Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair electrical systems and equipment in an industrial environment.
• Diagnose faults and perform timely repairs to reduce downtime.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Partner with operators, maintenance, and engineering to complete projects and boost efficiency.
• Document maintenance actions, parts used, and test results with accuracy.
• Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and site rules at all times.
• Keep current with emerging electrical practices and technologies.

What You’ll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an electrical apprenticeship is preferred.
• Active electrician license or certification.
• Demonstrated experience working as an industrial electrician.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with keen attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who thrives in a team setting.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including overtime when needed.
