Retail Full-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Las Vegas North Premium Outlets - Las Vegas, NV)

Job Overview Fabletics is currently looking for a Full‑Time Sales Lead for our retail store at Las Vegas North Premium Outlets – Las Vegas, NV. Responsibilities Lead the delivery of an exceptional, best‑in‑class customer experience while supporting Sales and Operations. Provide insight to customers about how to live their passion, sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Engage customers in new and meaningful ways during store events, promotions, and community projects. Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations (Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat, etc.). Coordinate with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance overall customer experience. Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer's purchase journey. Participate in providing and nurturing feedback to the Store Manager for continuous business improvement. Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards. Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members. Maintain personal sales goals and achieve them regularly. Uphold all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs). Qualifications Minimum one year of work experience in a retail environment. Prior retail management experience is a plus. Knowledge of active‑lifestyle activities such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy pursuits. Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to collaborate with large teams, work independently, and take initiative in ambiguous situations. Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems. Excellent communication skills and an innate ability to bring out the best in others. Capacity to multi‑task, set priorities, and work well under pressure. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, national holidays, and occasional overnight hours. Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical Requirements This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. The role may occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
