• You're a proven Service Manager with 3+ years of fixed ops leadership - you own CSI, absorption, technician development, and the daily rhythm of a high-expectation luxury service department with genuine confidence and care for your team

• You have Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury European brand service management experience and you understand the technically sophisticated demands of the JLR platform and the ownership expectations that come with it

The Service Manager who leads this department with operational discipline, genuine hospitality, and a high standard for the team they build creates lasting guest relationships and a department that sustains its performance year over year.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead the full service department operation - managing technicians, service advisors, and support staff to deliver consistent quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

• Own key fixed ops metrics - CSI, absorption, effective labor rate, technician productivity, hours per RO, and JLR warranty compliance

• Develop and hold accountable a service team that operates with discipline, professionalism, and genuine hospitality at every guest touchpoint

• Drive service department revenue and profitability - through advisor development, process discipline, and a team that presents maintenance recommendations honestly and accurately

• Partner with parts to ensure inventory alignment supports service throughput and minimizes guest-impacting delays

• Manage staffing, scheduling, and technician development - recruiting, onboarding, and retaining the talent that keeps the department performing

• Maintain JLR OEM certification compliance, warranty administration standards, and manufacturer relationship requirements

• Resolve guest escalations with composure and a hospitality-first approach that protects the relationship

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of Service Manager experience at a franchised dealership - required

• Land Rover, Jaguar, or luxury European brand service management experience strongly preferred - JLR platform familiarity, warranty processes, and brand standards are meaningful advantages with this guest base

• Demonstrated CSI and absorption performance at a high standard - Peninsula buyers expect a level of service that reflects the brand, and your track record should show you've delivered it

• A people-first leadership approach - your advisors and technicians perform better because of how you develop them

• Strong operational discipline across scheduling, workflow, documentation, and warranty compliance

• Reynolds & Reynolds or CDK experience preferred

• Clear communicator who builds trust with guests, technicians, advisors, and dealership leadership equally

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
