Job Details Job Title: Retail Display Installer – Technology Job Type: Per Required Need Location: Market - SS - IA - Sioux City Travel: up to 90 miles from home (average) Schedule: Monday–Friday; weekends not required. Weekend and holiday availability as needed. Benefits $20.00 per hour Next‑day pay on demand with DailyPay Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement Paid training Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability Key Responsibilities Respond to field services management contacts within 24 hours and keep availability updated. Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates. Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures; follow planograms and client directives. Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site. Maintain and update displays according to planograms and client requests. Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional. Participate in early‑morning installations and installations involving a team of two or more people; provide solution feedback. Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines. Assist other team members as needed. Adhere to timelines for accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily. Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows. Be available for weekend assignments as required. Qualifications Age 18 or older; authorized to work in the United States. Availability: Monday through Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early morning and late‑night availability as needed. Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period. Physical abilities: climb a ladder up to 10 feet; safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs; kneel, walk, crouch, bend, and reach overhead. Adaptability: adjust to the ever‑changing variety of tasks and work environments. Communication skills: effective phone, text, and email communication; use a smartphone for clocking in, uploading photos, and downloading applications. Education: high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial but not mandatory. Experience: installation and merchandising experience preferred; proficiency with hand and power tools; ability to follow planogram (POG) directives. Technology: own an Android or Apple mobile device to upload photos and data; navigate communication platforms independently. Training: complete all training assignments and tasks within the designated time frame. Transportation and travel: reliable vehicle; valid driver’s license and proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment/shift. Leadership and communication: superior leadership skills; strong professional communication and presentation skills; decision making, good judgment, and problem‑solving effectiveness; autonomous work with excellent time‑management and reporting skills.
