Nature of work:

Working under the general supervision of the Foreman employee ensure proper, safe, efficient and timely completion of landscape installation projects.

Essential job functions:

• Loading, unloading, lifting and movement of materials
• Excavation and manual digging of trenches
• Use of small power tools
• Site cleanup
• Installation, preparation and gluing of pipes
• Works and mixtures of cement and concrete
• Use of small machinery

Requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to perform physical activities such as squatting, digging and kneeling
• Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment
• Driving License is nice to have

Preferable:

• Working knowledge of power tools, their care, proper use, and related safety requirements
• Knowledge of concepts, practices and procedures commonly used in the field

• Constantly required to speak, hear, see, sit, stand and walk
• Must be able to see near vision, far vision, peripherally, have depth perception and have the ability to adjust focus
• Frequent use of hands to manipulate, manipulate, or feel objects, tools, or controls
• Reaching, bending, twisting, stooping, stooping, climbing, and balancing are often required
• Frequently required to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
