Hybrid Tax Generalist Associate — Global Banking
SMBC
SMBC is seeking a Tax Specialist in Charlotte, NC to manage state and local tax compliance for multiple entities within the group. You will prepare returns and tax workpapers, and oversee quarterly estimated payments while addressing notices from tax authorities. The role requires 3–4 years of tax experience, a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, and knowledge of tax laws, ASC 740, and GAAP.
