What You'll Do Deliver robust analytics that meet statistical and business needs. Manage project delivery, ensuring standards, timelines, and profitability. Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing feedback and support. Create presentations and generate actionable insights. Build client relationships and identify new business opportunities. Key Characteristics Demonstrate curiosity and investigative skills, with readiness to discuss analytics topics passionately during interviews. Responsibilities Include Data collection, validation, and management. Model building, validation, and sign-off, with expertise in Bayesian and Frequentist approaches. Insight generation and client communication. Project management and resource allocation. Team leadership and development. Business development and client retention.
