Job Overview HP Environmental is seeking a motivated and articulate Appointment Setter to join our team on a Full-Time basis. This role is based in Vermont, Illinois, United States, and is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual with exceptional communication skills. As the first point of contact for many potential clients, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by scheduling qualified appointments for our sales and technical teams. Key Responsibilities Proactively contact potential clients from provided lists via telephone and email to introduce HP Environmental's services. Engage with prospective clients to understand their needs and qualify them for our solutions. Clearly and professionally articulate our company's value proposition. Schedule high-quality appointments and meetings for our senior team members. Maintain an accurate and detailed record of all communication and appointments in our CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for scheduled appointments. Follow up on initial contacts and nurture leads through the early stages of the sales pipeline. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in an appointment setting, telemarketing, or inside sales role is highly desirable. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Self-motivated with a determined, results-oriented approach. The ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent. Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., "MS Office"). A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
