(Must be in management for one year.) Essential Duties Assist in hiring, training, developing, scheduling, and evaluating hourly team members in the store. Ensure the restaurant has a safe, professional, and engaging atmosphere. Serve as the go‑to resource for all hourly team members, addressing their individual needs and concerns daily. Provide clear benchmarks and expectations so that each shift runs smoothly. Oversee hourly team performance, ensuring it meets company expectations through constant follow‑up and communication. Respond to immediate store needs. Ensure every guest receives exceptional service and a memorable experience. Execute all operations policies, procedures, and programs within the store, ensuring they are followed by others to keep Sonny’s a great place to work. Work at least 45 hours per week, with the flexibility to work a 50-hour week when required (especially during peak seasons or business needs). Report information to General Manager through plans of action, AORs, goals, etc. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills And Experience Ability to speak and read English, interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups of guests or employees. At least two years of restaurant management experience. Excellent interpersonal skills. Strong time‑management skills. Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills. Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office programs.
