Payroll Shipping Specialist - Part Time

We are actively seeking a Part‑Time Payroll Packaging and handling specialist to join our payroll team at our Charlotte, NC office. The employee is responsible for preparing payroll packages, envelopes, and shipping to our clients in an efficient and accurate way. Job Duties Handling and preparing payroll packages for clients Shipping/Receiving documents, packages and other client related shipments Reporting, escalating or addressing any potential issues affecting clients/shipments Assist Branch Management with the day to day tasks of the branch Assisting customers with payroll as needed Customer support via email and phone as needed Data entry and support as needed for other branch departments Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers Qualifications Professional phone communication skills Great interpersonal and organizational skills Ability to meet pick‑up and shipment windows Attention to detail and problem solving abilities Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Ability to work individually and in a team with tight deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Payentry
