Duties Handle defense of products liability, personal injury, and professional malpractice actions. Develop and execute client service strategies. Work collaboratively with a team of attorneys and support staff. Represent clients in New York State and federal courts. Requirements Minimum of three years of litigation experience, preferably in torts. Licensed to practice law in New York State. Experience in New York State and federal courts. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Certifications Admitted to the New York State Bar. Skills Superior verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal abilities.
