We’re looking for a high-energy Trainer to help lead our training team, coach camps, and drive gym growth. This is a leadership role for someone who loves coaching, developing others, and making a real impact in their community.
Responsibilities
Coach a high volume of camps each week
Deliver an elite member experience and build strong relationships
Assist in onboarding and developing trainers
Support gym growth through member engagement, retail, and nutrition sales
Contribute to social media content and marketing efforts
Participate in team meetings and help drive gym performance
Qualifications
Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, etc.)
Group training or coaching experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and energy
Sales-minded and team-oriented
Passion for fitness, growth, and helping others
Schedule & Pay
Part Time
Early mornings, evenings, and some weekends required
