Senior PHP Developer / Onsite CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior PHP Developer / Onsite Coordinator to lead and manage on-site project activities while ensuring seamless collaboration with offshore teams. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical delivery, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage on-site project activities between development teams, clients, and stakeholders.Actively participate in requirement gathering sessions and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.Collaborate closely with offshore development teams to align project goals, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure smooth integration and communication between on-site and offshore teams.Take ownership of end-to-end PHP project lifecycle, including:Architecture designDevelopmentTestingDeploymentMonitor project progress and proactively address risks and issues.Lead and mentor team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and updates.Required Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in:PHPPower BIObject-Oriented Programming (OOP)Hands-on experience with front-end technologies:HTMLCSSJavaScriptStrong knowledge of relational databases:MySQLPostgreSQLExpertise in SQL optimization techniques.Experience in:Developing RESTful APIsIntegrating third-party servicesFamiliarity with:Git and version control systemsDeployment and release processesGood to HaveExperience with PHP frameworks such as:LaravelCodeIgniterSymfony (optional advantage)Soft SkillsLeadershipExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with clients and teams.Proven experience in:Leading PHP development teamsManaging on-site project deliveryStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.Experience10+ years of experience in PHP development (preferred).
