Responsible for managing internet leads from initial inquiry through appointment setting and final sale. Respond quickly and professionally to online customers, qualify their needs, follow up consistently, schedule dealership visits and test drives, and build strong customer relationships. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to showroom and assist in closing deals. Monitor lead activity, maintain accurate CRM records, track follow-ups, and focus on maximizing appointment conversions, sales opportunities, and overall customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

$60,000 - $85,000

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all sales team members arrive on time and are prepared for their scheduled shifts.

• Open the dealership each day and ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and ready for business.

• Monitor daily attendance, punctuality, and overall team performance.

• Hold sales staff accountable for assigned goals, responsibilities, follow-up activities, and customer engagement.

• Conduct daily team meetings to communicate expectations, priorities, promotions, and sales objectives.

• Maintain a professional and motivated sales environment while addressing performance issues promptly.

• Track team activity and results, including leads, appointments, showroom traffic, and sales.

• Coach team members on customer service, sales processes, and closing techniques.

• Ensure proper coverage of the sales floor and that customers receive prompt attention.

• Work with management to identify performance opportunities and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, internet sales, or dealership management.

• Strong leadership and team-management skills with the ability to hold employees accountable.

• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales-closing skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage leads, schedules, follow-ups, and daily dealership operations.

• Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
