Schedule: Monday to Friday

Pay:
• Experienced OTs: $50–$65/hr
• New Grads Welcome: $50–$55/hr 
Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm Only

Job Summary
ATC Healthcare is seeking a qualified and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to provide exceptional care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. As a qualified PHYSICAL THERAPIST you will work in a Skilled Nursing and Rehab facility in Centralia, WA. You will play a vital role in enhancing the mobility, independence, and overall well-being of residents. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating each resident’s physical abilities, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and guiding residents through therapeutic exercises and interventions tailored to their unique needs. You will focus on restoring or maintaining physical function after injury, illness, or surgery, with the goals of improving strength, balance, and daily living skills. 

Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Implement therapy to rehabilitate motor skills and improve mobility
• Reassess and update treatment plans based on progress
• Accurately document all services provided and patient outcomes
• Follow ATC Healthcare and facility-specific protocols and policies

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience (Required) as a Physical Therapist
• First-time Travelers:
• Certifications: WA License, CPR
• BLS Certification
• COVID Vaccinated
• Recent PPD Test or Chest X-Ray
• Clear criminal background check(s) & drug screening
