Chicago, Illinois, United States Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital About the job Primary Care NP (Peterson-Chicago) Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, IL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Primary Care team . This is a rewarding opportunity to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in a well-established outpatient setting. Will be employed by Prime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group. Dayshift Schedule (Mon-Fri, 8 am to 5 pm). Full‑time position in an outpatient primary care clinic. See patients for preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits. Collaborate closely with a team of physicians, APPs, and clinical support staff. Manage your own patient panel with opportunities for continuity of care. 40 hour/week schedule with minimal call responsibility. Qualifications Licensed and certified as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Illinois Board‑certified in Family Medicine, Adult‑Gerontology, or related field. Prior experience in primary care preferred but not required Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills Commitment to providing high‑quality, compassionate care. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $110,000.00 to $125,000.00 on an annualized basis.
