To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA training course. At least one (1) year experience as a Restorative aide in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
