Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology NH, Portsmouth 07/01/2026 Contract Active Job Summary Provides direct and indirect patient care in an Interventional Radiology setting. Key Responsibilities Administer moderate sedation as needed. Assist physicians during interventional radiology procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and condition before, during, and after procedures. Educate patients and families about procedures. Document patient care accurately and concisely in the EMR system. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Schedule / Shift Monday - Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Required Qualifications RN License required at submission. Experience in Procedural Departments, Critical Care, Emergency Department, or experience with moderate sedation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Certifications ACLS BLS Experience Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab experience preferred. Experience with Moderate Sedation preferred. Skills Proficient in moderate sedation administration. Strong assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. EMR / Systems Meditech Patient Population Adult Unit / Specialty Interventional Radiology Specializes in procedures such as EKOS, Angiograms, Trevo, Cerebral Coiling, Biopsies. Equipped with Philips Bi-Plane, GE Monitoring, GE Mac Lab equipment. Floating / On-Call On-call 1 night per week. Works 1 weekend per month. No floating expected. #J-18808-Ljbffr
