IT Support Specialist

Description As an on-site IT Support Specialist, you will be playing a crucial role in ensuring the functionality of various devices and systems for the organization. Your responsibilities will center on providing hardware and software technical support in a healthcare environment. Participating with requests via ticketing system, phone calls or in-person interactions Responsible for the installation, relocation, configuration, troubleshooting and ongoing usability of computers, tablets, peripheral equipment, telephones and software. To include remote, home and customer offices. Provide computer software and hardware support including hardware upgrades and repair. Support the installation of network cabling, connectors and jacks. Supporting routine application upgrades; ensuring compliance with license agreements. Collaborating with technology vendors for product information and support. Maintaining accurate documentation and asset tracking. Participate with after hour work activities and on-call schedules. Maintaining current knowledge of information technology industry trends. This is not a remote position Requirements Undergraduate degree in Information Technology. A strong customer service attitude and interpersonal skills.
