Your primary focus will be on clearing and resetting tables promptly, assisting servers, and supporting the overall flow of service during busy periods. Physical ability to lift and carry trays, dishes, and other items up to 25 pounds. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Responsibilities: Clear and clean tables promptly after guests have finished dining, including removing dishes, glassware, and utensils. Reset tables with clean linens, silverware, and glassware in preparation for the next guests. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when needed. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and emptying trash receptacles. Restock service stations with necessary supplies such as napkins, condiments, and utensils. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service flow. Adhere to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Skills: The required skills such as effective communication and physical stamina are essential for interacting with guests and team members while managing the physical demands of the role.
