Mobile Retail Operations supports nearly 3 million mobile lines by careful monitoring of the Mobile Ecosystem, as well as positively improving the customer and agent experience by daily decreasing the friction in mobile processes. The Ecosystem includes, but is not limited to the infrastructure, code base, micro-services, security, disaster recovery, and daily triage of Cherwell tickets and broadcasted alerts. The team resolves support tickets for all retail stores. If a defect is identified in production code 30 days or older the team triages and resolves the defects. Technology Stack: Spring Boot, AngularJS, Angular 4,7, JAVA 1.8, Oracle.
