Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Physician

We are seeking a Fellowship-Trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join a physician-led organization in Glendale, AZ focused on building and supporting high-performing surgical teams across the United States. Our model emphasizes predictable scheduling, strong clinical support, and allowing surgeons to focus on delivering exceptional patient care in a hospital-based setting. This position supports a Level II Trauma Center and offers the opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthopedic trauma team in a collaborative, well-supported environment. The practice provides a balanced mix of operative and non-operative trauma care while maintaining a strong commitment to quality outcomes and patient-centered care. Schedule 183 shifts annually (24-hour shifts) Block scheduling with 7-day stretches Built-in recovery time between rotations Responsibilities Provide operative and non-operative management of orthopedic trauma patients Participate in trauma call coverage Manage a broad range of fracture care and orthopedic injuries Collaborate with trauma surgery, emergency medicine, hospitalist, and rehabilitation teams Balance surgical cases, inpatient care, and follow-up clinic responsibilities Ensure timely documentation and high-quality patient care Requirements Board Eligible or Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery Completion of an Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship preferred Experience managing orthopedic trauma patients in a hospital-based setting Eligible for Arizona medical licensure Ability to obtain and maintain hospital privileges Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan CME allowance Malpractice insurance with tail coverage #J-18808-Ljbffr Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc.
