Responsibilities for a Clinical Academy Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Support hands-on clinical courses by assisting with lab setup, chairside preparation, breakdown, and real-time program needs.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain clinical labs, operatories, and materials to ensure readiness for training events.

• Collaborate with team members to order, stage, and manage clinical supplies and inventory for upcoming courses.

• Ensure compliance with infection prevention standards, OSHA, and HIPAA guidelines before, during, and after courses.

• Evaluate lab setup and workflows, providing recommendations to improve efficiency, scalability, and learning experience.

Candidates for Clinical Academy Assistant must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting clinical education, dental training environments, or healthcare learning programs.

• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, lab environments, and infection prevention practices.

• Knowledge of OSHA and HIPAA standards strongly preferred.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on training environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including potential Fridays and Saturdays.

• Shift: Part-time, approximately 20 hours/week (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM; schedule will flex based on training events)

Pay Details: $27.00 per hour
