Qualifications Independently licensed in the state of Kentucky (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT). Experienced in working with adults, children & adolescents, or across the lifespan. Must reside within commutable distance of the local clinic(s). Preferences & Expectations Deliver high‑quality behavioral healthcare. Provide telemedicine and in‑person services with flexible schedules. Work within a productivity‑based compensation model. Benefits Compensation range can exceed $85,000 – $97,000 per year, no cap.
