We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this role, you will work closely with licensed physical therapists to implement treatment plans for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing patient mobility and overall quality of life in our outpatient clinic. Responsibilities Assist physical therapists in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. Provide direct patient care, including administering therapeutic exercises and modalities. Monitor patient progress and document treatment outcomes accurately. Educate patients and their families on care plans, exercises, and home programs. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care. Participate in discharge planning to facilitate smooth transitions for patients. Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with facility protocols. Skills Documentation skillset (Ours is AI) Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to physical therapy. Experience in outpatient preferred. Ability to develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual patient needs. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams. A compassionate approach towards patient rehabilitation and recovery.
