Desired background and qualifications:

• Valid SLP licensure and/or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; candidates without are encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings strongly desired
• Confidence using teletherapy platforms to deliver effective speech-language intervention
• Skilled in assessment, therapy planning, and working with healthcare and educational teams
• Strong communication, organization, and adaptability in dynamic environments

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across a range of ages and communication needs
• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff
• Conduct evaluations, document progress, and adjust services to match student needs
• Participate in team meetings and contribute informed recommendations for student success
• Utilize digital platforms for teletherapy sessions as needed, ensuring engaging, compliant service delivery
• Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school requirements
