SpEd. Inclusion Educational AssistantHold an associates degree or higher; OR *Have an equivalent of two years of college coursework totaling 48 hours at an accredited institution of higher learning; OR *Pass the Education Testing Service (ETS) Para-Pro AssessmentWorking computer knowledgeMulti-tasked oriented, Firm, Team PlayerMust be able to work with small groups of students for the purpose of reinforcing skills, answering questions, providing constructive academic feedbackMust be a positive role model for young childrenExcellent attendanceAble to follow oral and written instructionsEstablish effective schedule and work routinesAble to work under the direction of a certified teacher and complete assigned work-related duties
