Enterprise Medical is assisting in recruiting Family Medicine Physicians for a multi-specialty group in Lompoc, California.
About the Opportunity
- These positions are 100% Outpatient - Unless the physician chooses to follow their patient to earn more RVUs
- $300K or $55 per wRVU, whichever is greater
- Independent contractor arrangement
- Paid family health insurance, malpractice with tail coverage, and six weeks PTO
- 32-patient contact hours per week
- See 15-18 patients per day, mostly adults
- $6K for APP supervision, not a requirement
- eClinicalWorks EMR
