Supervisor, Overwrap-Nights Join Millennium Print Group as a Supervisor, Overwrap! We are seeking an experienced production leader to oversee daily operations within our Overwrap department. In this role, you will provide hands‑on leadership, support production teams, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and on‑time delivery in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Location: Morrisville, NC Schedule: Onsite Pay & Benefits: Competitive compensation + full benefits package + career growth opportunities What You’ll Do Lead and support daily overwrap production operations to achieve quality and production goals Coach, mentor, and develop team members to drive performance and accountability Coordinate onboarding and ongoing employee training activities Monitor production schedules, equipment performance, and operational efficiency Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as needed Maintain production reporting related to quality, downtime, and operational performance Partner with cross‑functional teams including Shipping, Quality, Inventory, Facilities, and IT Support staffing, scheduling, attendance tracking, and employee performance management Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity and workflow optimization Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, ISO requirements, and company policies What You’ll Bring High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years of manufacturing experience with prior supervisory experience preferred Experience in overwrap production or related printing/manufacturing environments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of production equipment, processes, and workflow coordination Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management systems Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Knowledge of ISO, OSHA, 5S, and continuous improvement practices preferred Why Join MPG?
