Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our client’s pharmacy ecosystem across veterinary care, ecommerce, and omnichannel retail experiences. This role sits at the intersection of healthcare, digital commerce, and platform integrations, and is responsible for building a seamless connection between veterinary prescribing, customer-facing experiences, and pharmacy fulfillment to deliver a seamless, omnichannel prescription journey. You will own the roadmap for prescription and therapeutic diet fulfillment, enabling pet parents to easily access medications prescribed both within our client’s veterinary network and by external providers. You will partner closely with teams responsible for the veterinary practice management system, ecommerce platforms, and pharmacy operations to deliver a connected, end-to-end prescription experience. This role supports the full veterinary ecosystem, including veterinary hospitals and vaccination clinics, while also enabling a best-in-class experience for customers filling third-party prescriptions through the online pharmacy. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant cross-functional leadership, influencing initiatives across product, engineering, veterinary operations, marketing, and external partners. While this role does not include direct people management, there is strong potential for future growth as the space continues to scale. What You’ll Do Own the Pharmacy Integration & Product Strategy Define and lead the end-to-end product strategy for prescription and therapeutic diet fulfillment across digital channels (web, mobile, and in-store systems). Build and execute a multi-year roadmap aligned with enterprise priorities, including veterinary growth and omnichannel expansion. Identify opportunities to integrate pharmacy services into broader customer experiences such as subscriptions, repeat delivery, and care plans. Drive Omnichannel Prescription Experiences Deliver seamless prescription experiences across ecommerce, retail stores, and veterinary care settings. Connect Clinical Workflows to Digital Experiences Ensure prescriptions written in clinical settings translate seamlessly into online ordering and fulfillment experiences. Support Internal and External Prescription Flows Deliver solutions supporting prescriptions from both internal and external providers. Lead Execution & Delivery Lead cross-functional squads to deliver scalable, secure solutions and own backlog prioritization and delivery outcomes. Improve Conversion, Engagement, and Repurchase Identify and eliminate friction across the prescription journey. Enable Omnichannel Fulfillment Support recurring delivery, repeat orders, and in-store pickup capabilities. Lead Pharmacy Partner Collaboration Work with external pharmacy partners to improve integrations and customer experience. Ensure Regulatory & Compliance Excellence Ensure all prescription experiences meet applicable regulations and data privacy standards. Leverage Data & Insights Define and track key metrics and drive continuous optimization. Drive Stakeholder Alignment Act as the primary product lead across cross-functional stakeholders. Explore Innovation & Growth Opportunities Identify opportunities to expand the prescription ecosystem. Qualifications Required 4+ years of product management experience. Experience with platform integrations, APIs, or partner ecosystems. Strong cross-functional leadership skills. Ability to simplify complex workflows into scalable experiences. Preferred Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, veterinary tech, or regulated industries. Experience in ecommerce or digital fulfillment. Familiarity with clinical systems.
