Job Details:

• Title: Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT)
• Location: Concordia, KS
• Position Type: Permanent / Full-Time
• Shift: Day Shift, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
• Pay Rate: $28.00+ per hour, based on education and experience
• Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Respiratory Therapist (CRT/RRT) to join its Respiratory Therapy team in Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced professionals and new graduates to provide high-quality respiratory care in a supportive healthcare environment.

The Respiratory Therapist will independently perform respiratory care procedures, assess patient needs, administer prescribed treatments, evaluate patient responses, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients and determine respiratory care needs.
• Interpret physician orders and administer prescribed respiratory treatments.
• Perform respiratory care procedures, including applicable invasive procedures.
• Monitor patient responses and promptly address changes in respiratory status.
• Collaborate with physicians and other clinical team members.
• Adjust assignments as needed to maintain quality, efficiency, and patient safety.

• Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program — Required
• Current Kansas respiratory care license or eligibility to obtain one — Required
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential through the NBRC — Required
• One year of respiratory care experience — Preferred
