Strategic Logistics Admin & Facilities Manager

Responsibilities Oversee daily administrative operations across offices and warehouse sites. Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency. Coordinate internal administrative support, including office management, travel arrangements, and executive support. Manage office and warehouse facility administration, including maintenance, repairs, and service contracts. Coordinate with landlords, property managers, and government agencies regarding facility compliance and permits. Ensure a safe, organized, and functional work environment. Manage procurement of office supplies, warehouse consumables, and operational materials. Maintain relationships with vendors and service providers and negotiate contracts when necessary. Monitor purchasing processes and ensure cost control. Coordinate administrative expenses, vendor payments, and invoice tracking. Assist finance teams with documentation and expense management related to administrative operations. Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements such as business licenses, permits, and operational documentation. Maintain administrative records and documentation for audits and internal reporting. Supervise and support administrative staff. Assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide training when necessary. Work closely with HR, Operations, Finance, and Warehouse Management teams to support business operations. Assist with company projects related to office setup, warehouse operations, and organizational initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred. 3–5+ years of administrative management or office operations experience. Experience managing vendors, facilities, and administrative budgets. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
