Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Contingent Lakeside

Responsibilities Administers intravenous, inhalation, and regional anesthetics to render persons insensible to pain during surgical procedures, obstetrical deliveries, or other medical and dental procedures. Potentially administers anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics. Provides airway management services as needed throughout the hospital. Minimum of 1 year experience at a hospital setting. Willing to rotate in the division when the need arises to provide patient care. Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited school of anesthesia. Master’s degree required. Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. Qualifications Ability to work harmoniously in collaborative situations with anesthesiologists and other health care providers. Certifications & Licenses Required and maintains currency of: Clinical Privileges, State of Michigan RN License, State Specialty Certification, CRNA Certification, ALS Certification, BLS Certification.
