The Hairstylist will provide a range of hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments, while maintaining a clean and organized workstation. Daily responsibilities include consulting with clients to understand their needs, recommending appropriate styles and products, and delivering consistent, high-quality results. The role also involves managing appointment schedules, processing payments, and contributing to a positive, professional salon atmosphere. The Hairstylist is expected to follow all safety and sanitation standards and collaborate with the salon team to support overall client satisfaction and business growth.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Hair Styling and Hair Care skills with the ability to work with various hair types and styles.Candidates should possess Cosmetology expertise, including a valid cosmetology license in the state of Minnesota and knowledge of hair coloring and treatment techniques.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to build rapport, understand client preferences, and provide clear recommendations.Candidates should possess reliability, strong time management, and the ability to work well with others.Looking for a Candidate with strong drive to grow, interested in mentorship from Stylist who want to lighten thier client load.
