Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required. Compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help others. Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Basic knowledge of patient care techniques and procedures. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
