This position focuses on outreach, policy renewals, and relationship maintenance.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options.Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed.Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.Look for opportunities to obtain referrals and google reviewsQualificationsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Effective communication and listening skills.Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience.Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred.Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses.Compensation: $50,000.00 per yearAbout Our AgencyOur mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.Our office is located in Baton Rouge, LA.Our office is open 9-5.We have 100 years of combined insurance experience in our office.Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, and New Agent Program QualifierWe look forward to speaking with you!State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees.
