What You'll Be Doing:
You don't need to know every aspect of benefits administration coming in - payroll strength, learning agility, and the ability to stay organized under pressure are what matter most. What You'll Be Doing:
- Support weekly payroll processing for 600+ employees (hourly + salaried)
- Review timecards, investigate discrepancies, correct punches, and coordinate with supervisors/managers
- Help administer benefits programs including enrollments, deductions, HSA/FSA/401(k), and employee changes
- Maintain accurate records, reporting, and payroll documentation
- Provide responsive employee support in a people-focused, relationship-driven culture
- Strong onboarding, training materials, and hands-on support from an experienced manager
- Small, collaborative HR team with strong internal partnerships
- Exposure to payroll, benefits, employee relations, HR, and potential long-term career growth

- Payroll experience in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
- Comfort handling hourly payroll, timecards, variable schedules, and payroll follow-up/investigation
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Solid computer and communication skills
- ADP experience helpful but not required
- Manufacturing, retail, healthcare, staffing, logistics, or other complex/24/7 payroll environments are highly transferable
