Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as an Assistant County Prosecutor and attorney. That background helped shape my attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and passion for helping people through important decisions and challenges. Giving back is a major priority for me. I’m heavily involved in charitable organizations focused on feeding the homeless and recently helped support an effort that packaged 250,000 meals for people in need. Serving the community and helping others is a core part of who we are as an agency. Role Description As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for STEVEN MCINTOSH - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and update information in the database. Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries. Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status. Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance. Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
