Schedule: Full-Time | 5-Day Work Week | Evenings & Saturdays Required | Closed Sundays.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and create a welcoming dealership experience.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that fit their needs and budget.
• Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospective customers through phone, email, text, and CRM activities.
• Maintain knowledge of Subaru products, features, incentives, and financing options.
• Work closely with Sales Management and Finance to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process.
• Prospect for new business through referrals, repeat customers, and community networking.
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Preferred:

• Previous automotive sales experience.
• Retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or commission-based sales experience.
