Required Skills:

• Board Certified or Eligible (BC or BE) in Anesthesiology
• Valid PA medical license or IMLC License of Qualified
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Proficiency in MAC, Regional, Spinal, and US techniques
• ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to work independently during night shifts and perform regional nerve blocks
• Strong communication and patient-care skills

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in high-volume OR environments
• Familiarity with Epic EMR system
• Prior experience in vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, Peds, plastics, robotics, or urology procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO)
• Residency and fellowship training in Anesthesiology
• At least 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, particularly with regional anesthesia techniques

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work sporadic solo night shifts
• Ability to handle regional anesthesia cases for orthopedic and obstetric patients
• Must hold or be eligible for active licensure in Pennsylvania
• Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days; expedited options available for qualified candidates
