Respiratory Therapist Opportunity

We're hiring an experienced Respiratory Therapist for a local healthcare provider where you'll be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of patients with breathing disorders.

Minimum Requirements:

• Associate or bachelor's degree from a Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science program
• Current state license in good standing with the State License Board
• One year experience as an RRT
• BLS certification
• RRT required
• 3+ years of experience
• Experience in a tertiary teaching hospital
• Level 1 trauma experience
• Experience in acute care pediatrics, emergency department, adult acute care, and critical care

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 1900-0730
• Call requirement: 2 hours for the oncoming shift
• Weekend requirement: 36 hours
• Float requirement: some NICU/PICU coverage and support for acute care pediatrics, emergency department, adult acute care, and critical care
• Equipment used: Drager V500 and VN500, Hamilton T1 and C1, Respironics V30, V60, Trilogy line, Airvo, and Vapotherm
• EMR: EPIC
