Location: Zip 77066 Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: $20.00–$22.00/hr PPE: Steel toe boots required

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plant machinery and automated production equipment. Working autonomously with minimal supervision, you will execute preventative maintenance, resolve line breakdowns, and keep operations running efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Setup: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs), adjust line parameters, and set up conveyors, fill spouts, and packaging systems for production runs.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues across all machinery to minimize downtime.
• Quality & Calibration: Conduct routine inspections, align sensors, and calibrate equipment to guarantee precise container weights and quality standards.
• Safety & Inventory: Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, log repairs and work orders in the CMMS, and track spare parts inventory.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 2+ years as an Industrial Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications: Active Forklift Certification required; vocational training or industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• Work Style: Self-starter capable of working independently, prioritizing urgent repairs, and executing tasks with minimal supervision.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand/walk for 10-hour shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate hand and power tools safely.
