Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor — Palm Coast At andCo Hospitality, we’re all about turning vacations into stories worth telling. Ever had a trip so good you considered staying forever? We get that a lot. And behind every great stay is a great team making sure everything works exactly as it should. We’re looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the crew at our Palm Coast property and keep things running smoothly, from guest spaces and resort amenities to the behind-the-scenes systems that make a stay feel effortless. If you're a hands-on leader, a natural problem-solver, and someone who knows that the little details can make a big difference, this could be your kind of place. Here’s What You’ll Be Up To Lead, support, and motivate the maintenance team while keeping daily operations running smoothly. Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout guest accommodations, common areas, and resort facilities. Create schedules, assign priorities, and make sure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Perform and supervise preventive maintenance and repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep. Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues early and help keep the resort safe, functional, and guest-ready. Keep essential systems and equipment including HVAC, pools, lighting, and building infrastructure running safely and reliably. Support onboarding and hands-on training for maintenance team members, helping the crew build confidence and consistency. Follow OSHA guidelines, applicable building codes, and company safety standards while keeping work areas organized and safe. Monitor tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies to make sure the team has what it needs to get the job done. Track maintenance activity, complete reports, and communicate updates, priorities, and concerns with leadership. Jump in when needed. Great supervisors know when to lead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves. You’re Great Because You have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, property maintenance, or a similar environment. You have hands-on experience with HVAC and mechanical systems, or relevant vocational or technical training. You're a clear communicator who knows how to lead a team, collaborate across departments, and handle challenges with a solutions-first mindset. You take pride in creating safe, well-maintained spaces and understand how maintenance plays a big part in the guest experience. You're organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment. You're comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication. You're flexible and able to support the operation during weekends, holidays, emergencies, and high-occupancy periods when needed. You're hands-on, curious, and not afraid to figure things out. When something needs fixing, you don't just point at it, you help solve it. Ready to Keep Things Running? We believe great hospitality starts with great people and that includes the people working behind the scenes. At andCo , we keep it real, solve problems with intelligence, and care about creating places where both guests and team members feel welcome. If you're ready to lead a talented maintenance crew, keep our Palm Coast property in top shape, and bring a little personality to the work along the way , we'd love to meet you. Come join the crew and help us make every stay one worth remembering. #J-18808-Ljbffr andCo Hospitality, a Certified B Corp
