Procedural Specialist

Responsibilities
- Educate physicians and hospital staff on product technical matters through case support and in-service training
- Coordinate timing, logistics, and execution of customer training and clinical case support
- Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and key clinical decision-makers
- Monitor and report market trends affecting product sales and development
- Complete procedural specialist reports, expense reports, and complaint documentation
Requirements
- Degree-level qualification or equivalent education and experience combination
- Ability to provide clinical education to physicians and hospital personnel
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills
- Field-based travel and on-site presence capability
- Proficiency with reporting systems and documentation procedures
Compensation: $104,700 - $167,500 base plus incentive
