Project Manager For Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc.As a Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in our Waste Management Practice in our St. Charles, MO office, you will be involved in the planning, permitting, design, and site development of integrated solid waste facilities. You'll manage multidisciplinary teams supporting local government and private clients across the municipal solid waste, industrial, and energy sectors. You'll oversee project execution from concept through construction, ensuring quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction, while collaborating across CEC practices to deliver integrated solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesManage solid waste and site development projects from proposal through construction, including scope, schedule, and budget oversightLead project teams in the planning, permitting, and design of integrated solid waste facilitiesPerform quality assurance/quality control reviews to ensure deliverables meet regulatory and client requirementsCoordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams throughout all phases of the projectPrepare proposals and support business development efforts to expand client relationships and win new workMentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff, supporting their professional growth and developmentCollaborate with other CEC practices to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutionsQualifications5+ years' experience in the design, permitting, document preparation and CQA of waste disposal facilitiesAbility to coordinate the regulatory agency review processB.S. in Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental Engineering, or related field (M.S. a plus)Professional licensure (P.E. or P.G.) preferredUnderstanding of business principles of consulting projects and related project delivery tools.About UsWe have experts!
