Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - CVOR to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to patients in a CVOR setting, ensuring a high standard of safety and quality.
• Monitor patients using GE Carescape systems and respond to changes in condition.
• Perform preoperative care including large-bore IV starts and skin assessment.
• Transport patients to OR and assist with induction and intubation procedures.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care efficiently using Cerner systems.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Previous CVOR or critical care experience is essential.
• Strong independent decision-making and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities with interdepartmental teams.
• Proficiency in Cerner documentation and BCMA systems.
