Marketing Communications Specialist

The communications specialist works directly with clients to conduct discovery, develop brand messaging and strategy, and create marketing tools. A passion for persuasive writing, client service, and strategic thinking are critical to success. The communications specialist collaborates as part of a team, sometimes contributing to the projects of others and sometimes collaborating with creative team members to meet project needs. Key Responsibilities Develop client communications tools including blog and collateral copywriting, web content, video scripts, ads, reports, email marketing and more. Think critically on behalf of clients with an ownership mentality for client success Conduct research, digitally or with clients, to uncover reputable data and construct persuasive communications. Manage time and balance several projects to ensure on-time delivery, quality and cost control Contribute actively and creatively as part of team General Copywriting Critical and strategic thinking Research and data analysis Client service Time & project management Technical Competency in AP Style Google Workspace & Microsoft Office WordPress Social Media Publishing Platforms Digital Ad Management Email Marketing Platforms Data analytics Education & Experience Bachelor’s in Relevant Field Required 4+ Years Agency and/or Corporate in Related Field A career with Boileau [‘boy-low’] means challenging, meaningful work every day.
