Customer service and leasing experience with new construction and lease-ups required. Must be consistently detail oriented. Ability to recognize personal shortcomings. Working knowledge or ability to quickly learn property software (Entrata), Microsoft Office, NALP preferred. Arrive to work on time. Must pass background check and drug screening. Pre-Prerequisites (these are the most important items) Relentless problem-solving skills. Will never claim the work of others as their own. We are trend setters and standards breakers.
