Pay & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $52.00/hour (local rate)
• Travel pay rate: $27/hour, with weekly per diem of $1,200
• Weekly gross total: approximately $2,280 for 40 hours

What You’ll Do

• Perform acute hemodialysis treatments for hospitalized patients, including ICU and medical-surgical units
• Safely operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System throughout treatments
• Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis procedures
• Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access sites
• Manage all vascular access types: AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
• Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing staff
• Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
• Maintain infection prevention and safety standards
• Function independently in a fast-paced hospital environment to ensure patient safety and care quality

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid and unrestricted Arizona RN license or Compact RN license
  • Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital setting
  • Current BLS and ACLS certifications
  • Proficiency with all vascular access types
  • Ability to independently perform dialysis treatments and respond to patient needs
• Preferred:
  • Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Adaptability to new clinical environments

About the Assignment

Support acute dialysis patients in a prominent hospital in Sierra Vista, working across ICU and medical-surgical units. Manage dialysis treatments independently, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort. Proficiency with the Tablo Hemodialysis System and vascular access management is essential.
